JOIN US ON YOUR FLOW JOURNEY
We believe the benefits of flow arts can be experienced by people of all backgrounds, abilities, body types, and skill levels. Whether you've been spinning for two days or two decades, we have something fun for everyone.
Just getting curious about flow? Ready to pick up a new prop or skill? Seeking connection, community, or artistic development? Looking to share your talents via teaching, performing, or volunteering? You are in the right place, and we are so glad to see you.

COMMUNITY JAMS & EVENTS
Do you wish to connect, grow, find inspiration, and play together? Join one of our weekly spin jams held throughout the Greater Puget Sound area, find out about upcoming performances and shows, and bring your friends to our outreach events for beginners!

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
We offer instructional classes and workshops that cover a variety of props, styles, experience levels, and adjacent skills such as dance and fire safety. Whether you like to play with poi, hoop, staff, club, rope dart, leviwand, dragon staff---or something else---we can help you build a deeper connection to your flow.
NOTE: due to COVID-19, regularly scheduled in-person classes have been suspended until 2021. However, we still offer some instructional experiences via Zoom. Check our calendar for up-to-date information.
