***Due to an issue with our insurance provider, we need to cancel this fire jam. We hope to get things sorted out and be back up and running soon – keep an eye out for updates regarding future jams.***
***Be sure to read the entire event description if you plan to burn!***
Fire spinners of all skill levels are encouraged to attend. Want to come and just watch or play with non-fire toys during the jam? We’d love that!!
Everyone who ~spins fire~ at these events is required to register and complete our orientation/safety training once per calendar year. If you registered for one of our previous jams in 2023, you don’t need to register! If you haven’t registered yet this year, complete our registration form by Friday, May 26th.

We ask all attendees to wear a mask while checking in at the front desk, standing in line at the fuel depot, and while fueling your prop, regardless of vaccination status. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and making this event possible!

PLEASE DONATE TO SUPPORT THE FUTURE OF THIS EVENT!
We believe artistic expression should be available to all, which is why all of the events we produce are donation based and free to attend.
Seattle Flow Arts Collective is a nonprofit that runs solely on donations from our community. Your financial support is deeply appreciated and helps us keep these events burning.
Suggested donation is $5-35.
*Register in advance: *Make sure you fill out our Google form 8 days before the event!* That means by midnight on Friday, April 28th. This is required by the Fire Department for our permit so there is no wiggle room! We can’t let you spin if you don’t sign up! HERE IS THE LINK:

Orientation: We ask that everyone who burns completes our fire safety & event orientation once per calendar year. This is the first event in 2023 which means everyone who burns will need to complete orientation. Orientation will be hosted at 7:45 and 9:00.
Dress to Impress… And Not Catch on Fire: Make sure to wear natural fibers or fire retardant treated clothing. Cotton, leather, & denim are all safe bets. Leave the synthetics, feathers, and fur at home. Spin barefoot at your own risk!
Volunteer: We need your help to keep the show running! When you check in at the front desk on the day of the event, you’ll be asked to pick a volunteer shift with either the Sign-in Desk, Fuel Depot, Fire Safety, or Set-up/Tear-down Crew. Thank you in advance for supporting your community in this way!
