Eastside Spin Jam

Join us every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month for Eastside Spin Jam!

Spin Jam is open to flow artists, jugglers, and any other person who wants to move and flow. See you Sunday!!

***Masks are not required but are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!! ***

**What should I expect?
Friendly faces and welcoming spaces. Open jams are an unstructured time to come together and practice flow arts while building connections and community. Many love teaching. All props, skill levels and movement modalities are encouraged and welcome!

COVID Guidelines

– Masks are not required but ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. There will be extra masks available at the entry way for anyone who needs one.
– Please stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick. If you recently attended a large, indoor gathering, please consider skipping, wearing a high quality mask, and/or taking an at home COVID test.
– Be mindful of people’s physical boundaries by asking first – especially before hugging or touching others.
